The Beginning of Vampire Chronicles (TV Series) is one of my most interesting ideas that I've come up with (I hope I didn't already say that before, lol). I like writing it because the characters have such life that I can't really explain. I get into depth with my characters to show the reader that they're more than just characters in a story, they're someone you can relate to in some way. Here are short bios for the main characters for The Beginning of Vampire Chronicles and who I'd like to portray them.

Richard then meets Aaron (who is revealed to be his older brother at the end of the "Richard Dyson" Series) and now the two join forces with four other slayers (Rebecca, Olivia, Ingus, and Sapphire) and fight creatures to stop evil.

Aaron meets a girl named Alyssa who tries to help him through his possession. Aaron eventually turns himself in to an Asylum in London. He is later released and sent to Vlankerstein's where he meets Richard Dyson, his mentor. After a series of events, it is revealed that Aaron is indeed Richard's older brother, and the two decide to journey together and fight evil.

Vampire Chronicles Series

Copyright © 2010 of James Pettis, III

Vampire Chronicles is the final series in the Richard Dyson Saga. This concludes the series with the ultimate battle against the vampire that started it all... Count Dracula. The series stars the six main characters from The Beginning of Vampire Chronicles (Rebecca, Richard, Olivia, Aaron, Ingus, and Sapphire respectfully). This series takes place eight years after the events of The Beginning of Vampire Chronicles (TV Series). Vampire Chronicles consists of five stories: Vampire Chronicles, Beasts of the Night, A Vampire's Past, Sadistic Vampire, and Count Dracula. The Vampire Chronicles Series will be getting it's own page soon.

Rebecca Latters, is working on her masters degree in journalism and is still slaying vampires. She is a student/journalist by day and a vampire slayer by night. Rebecca and Olivia Parker slay vampires together at night to protect their town from evil; and when the Valors return yet again, they plan on Killing her for good. But what they don't know is Richard and Aaron are back in town and are ready for a fight against the Valors. Throughout their new journey, they reunite with Ingus and Sapphire and encounter old friends, old rivals, arch enemies, and more all leading up to the ultimate battle against The Ultimate Vampire of all time... Count Dracula. Join the slayers as their long lived journey comes to an end with new surprises and twists that you wouldn't see coming.

This series will be fun and sad to write since it is the closing chapter of the Richard Dyson Saga. Like it's predecessors (Richard Dyson Series, and The Beginning of Vampire Chronicles TV Series), Vampire Chronicles consists of christian values and a Vampire series in one. Stay tuned for short stories and other info about Vampire Chronicles.

The Tale of Hashim Abadi

Copyright © 2010 of James Pettis, III

The Tale of Hashim Abadi is a story I created that takes place in Arabia. This story was interesting to create and I know it will be just as fun to write.

Hashim Abadi is twenty six years old and lives with his sister, nineteen year old Aliyah Abadi in Arabia. Hashim tries to get work and no one hires him, but Aliyah is an exotic dancer and travels to different night clubs to perform. Hashim dislikes her job and doesn't support her in her decision in continuing to dance, but Aliyah feels that at least she has a job and she's bringing in some kind of income. But then, one night after her performance, she is gang raped by a group of men. Furious, Hashim sets out to avenge his sister and make the men who raped her pay for their wicked act.

This was an interesting story that I came up with. It's inspired by what I would do to protect my little sister if someone were to do something like that to her. Stay tuned for more about The Tale of Hashim Abadi.

Shattered Psyche

Copyright © 2010 of James Pettis, III

Shattered Psyche is about a young man that works a psychiatric ward in his town. Then he finds out that some crooked things are going on in the psych ward.

Ryan Parker is a twenty two year old and he works at the local psychiatric ward in his town. Ryan works under Dr. Nicholas Rodgers; one of the best Doctors in the town and he has very good remorse with the patients. One of the patients seems to favorite Ryan the more, his name is Kyle Jefferson. Kyle is just twenty one and has been in the psychiatric ward since he was twenty. Ryan visits Kyle everyday to make sure he is doing all right. One night Kyle tells Ryan he used to work at the ward; Ryan looks slightly puzzled, causing Kyle to think Ryan thinks he's "crazy". Ryan disagrees, saying he's not crazy. Unsure of what to do with the info received, Ryan confides in Dr. Rodgers. Dr. Rodgers denies Kyle ever working there, and stating, "you can't listen to patients, 'cause they're crazy." Ryan then researches this finding Kyle's old employee records stating he was fired for "unexplained reasons". After this, things become stranger and stranger as dark secrets come to the light in this psychological thriller.

This is my most recent idea that I have, it was in the back of my mind for at least two years though. I was trying to figure out what it was going to be about, then it just came to me. This is officially my first psychological thriller (I had another idea I came up with in '08 called Psychasthenia, which I'm bringing back), so I'm very excited. Please stay posted for more info about Shattered Psyche.

2999: The Beginning of the 31st Century

Copyright © 2010 of James Pettis, III

2999: The Beginning of the 31st Century is about four guys that live in the 30th century and form a robot extinguishers to protect the city of Technopolis from a robot revolt lead by Hex 9.0 G4, The humanoid robot overlord.

Onyx is Twenty-two-years old and loves his busy life living in the center of Technopolis. He works for a power plant that creates data for future devices and creations. He works in the same department as his older brother Neon, and their boss is their father Phylx (a brain in a jar on a small robot). Onyx and Neon work and hang out with two other workers at the power plant, Orin and Zolith. Onyx has a strong hate for robots (due to a tragic event that happened when he was a little boy), and when robots begin to revolt against the city, he will stop at nothing to defeat them. Onyx teams up Neon, Orin, and Zolith and they become robot extinguishers. But little do they know, a humanoid robot named Hex 9.0 G4 has rebuilt it's self and is planning not only to destroy the city but to extinguish the human race. The four robot extinguishers must travel through time a space visiting the years 2348, 2769, 2212, and 2556 to stop Hex 9.0 G4 before it's too late.

This idea excites me a lot because I love futuristic movies and futuristic stuff, so this is very exciting to write. Stayed to for futuristic clothes, futuristic cars, city design, short stories, character bios, and more info about 2999: The Beginning of the 31st Century.

Down South Medium Series

Copyright © 2009 of James Pettis, III

Down South Medium is about a Twenty year old guy named Ivan Geralds who becomes a medium. I have decided to make it a series and it consists of two stories: Down South Medium and Down South Medium 2: Crossover Again. Down South Medium 2 will be getting it's own archive, but for for now here the plot for Down South Medium.

Ivan Geralds and his older brother Nathan Geralds live in an apartment together in New York City. Their parents are no longer alive leaving themselves as each others only living family member, until a tragic car crash ends fatally killing them both. But God gives Ivan a second chance reviving him with abilities that he is unaware of having. Then when he moves to his birth place (Arkansas), he realizes he can communicate with spirits. Ivan finds himself in the middle of a mystery that happened twenty years ago and must use his new God given abilities to solve it.

I like this idea a lot because it's another supernatural series idea that will consist of christian values and morals along with the supernatural aspect. Stayed posted for short stories and other info about Down South Medium.

The Spy They Called 18 Series

Copyright © 2009 of James Pettis, III

The Spy They Called 18 is a series about a Twenty-one-year old spy that works for a secret agency. The reason he is called number 18 is because I feel that when I was eighteen that was the best time of my life (after overcoming my fear of turning eighteen because of adulthood). This Series consists of two ideas: The Spy They Called 18, The Spy They Called 18-2 (pronounced 18 dash 2). I will be giving all of these ideas a separate archive soon, but for now I will give you a gist of the first story of the series.

Number 18 is a Twenty-one-year old spy that works for the Underground Spies of America, and prefers to work alone. Number 18 is the top spy in his region for completing a set amount of mission in a short period of time and he is also very sarcastic and a little caught up in himself. He has always gone on missions and completed missions on his own until now. The Chief of USA agency has pared 18 with his arch rival, Number 84. 18 and 84 have never gotten along and became rivals when Number 84 took 18's promotion to elite spy. Now the two must work together to stop Deviro (a Russian bomb expert) from blowing up All of USA agencies' headquarters and popular places across the world.

This series is very cool and I like it a lot. I always pretended that I was a spy when I was younger and this series is very much derived from that. 18 is also an exaggeration of me,  as I said above he is very sarcastic (as I can be) and a little caught up in himself (as I can also be sometimes). I will soon be posting short mission stories, secret gadgets, character bios from the series, and other info about this series so stay posted!

Alex In Wonderland Series

Copyright © 2009 of James Pettis, III

Alex in Wonderland is one of my most favorite series. I was inspired when I was seventeen and about to turn eighteen in two weeks. I didn't want to because I felt that as soon as you turn eighteen your not aloud to make mistakes. "Your an adult now," people say, "act like one." That upset me and I wasn't ready for those kind of attitudes from people. So then I ran across Lewis Carrol's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and it sparked this series in me. Alice is basically trying to find herself in the mist of this crazy world full of songs, poems, and rhymes. I felt like that was what I was doing. This Series consists of four movies: Alex in Wonderland, Alex Through The Looking-Glass, Alex in Nightmareland, and Return To Wonderland. The Alex in Wonderland Series will be getting it's own page.

Alex Pitts is seventeen and does not want to turn eighteen because he knows it's the first step of becoming an adult. Alex avoids his own birthday party that was thrown for him by his family and friends and goes to a wooded area far away from his house. Once he's away, Alex encounters a white rabbit that leads him to a rabbit hole which takes him to a world beyond his imagination... Wonderland.

Alex in Wonderland is another series that I love a lot. It is dear to me because Alex is so much like me. This series has Christian values and talks heavily on the issues of becoming an adult (in the first two stories). Stay tuned for short stories, poems, riddles, and random rhymes from the Alex in Wonderland Series.
